Dinner

I made this. It was good.

Directions:

After adding penne pasta to boiling water, heat separate pan on medium-high. Add about a tablespoon of oil and tablespoon of butter and let it melt. Add a couple handfuls of frozen pre-cooked & deveined shrimp to oil & butter. Cover and let steam for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.

When shrimp feels thawed and starts to brown a little from the butter, turn down to medium and add a couple handfuls of snap peas and stir. Cover to let steam for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally. When pasta is finished, drain, but leave a little bit of pasta water to make sauce. Add pasta to shrimp and snap peas.

Sprinkle two or three handfuls of grated Parmesan cheese over mixture and stir. Sprinkle a little oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Add a small amount of pasta water if sauce seems too dry. Add a small pat of butter for smoothness and mix all ingredients in pan until sauce coats everything nicely.

Dig in!
